A play about unfulfilled love, inspired by Wong Kar-wai's film. Director Artem Terjokhin staged the play based on his own script. A young man named Alexander (or just San) finds an old diary written in hieroglyphs in his father's apartment. Dasha, the fiancée of San's friend, helps him translate them. A stranger's secret unfolds before the young people, creating a sense of closeness between them. Now they must choose: to repeat the story from the diary, reminiscent of the plot of Wong Kar-wai's film, or to try to correct what happened many years ago. The action takes place in modern Moscow and 1960s Hong Kong.
