The play by the "Sincere Art" studio addresses the emotions of neurodivergent individuals through theater, body practice, and art therapy. On stage, personal observations transform into a living experiment about sadness, anger, joy, and ways to cope with them. It is a gentle conversation about different perspectives on feelings and the right to be heard. Sometimes it seems that emotions are understood the same way by everyone: sadness looks like sadness, anger - like an outburst, joy - like a smile. But for people with a different perception of the world, internal states can have their own lines, rhythms, and ways of expression. This performance grew out of a six-month laboratory where adults with mental disabilities explored feelings through body practice, art therapy, and joint conversation. On the stage of the "Sincere Art" studio, the experiences of participants who learned to notice what is happening inside, name their state, and seek personal ways to cope with difficult experiences will appear. The foundation of the play is not ready-made answers, but observation of how the same emotional impulse is experienced differently by different people. This approach makes the action resemble a gentle scientific experiment: the audience sees the process of exploration, not an illustration of a predetermined idea.
