A performance based on the fairy tale by Pyotr Yershov in the style of folk theater - a vibrant street spectacle with songs, dances, circus acts, and a plot about a man who achieves his goal thanks to the guidance of a wise friend. Pyotr Yershov wrote "The Humpbacked Horse" at the age of 19. The fairy tale is believed to be based on stories from peasants and ancient legends. The performance directed by Evgeny Zimin and designed by Vera Kuritsina returns to the roots of folk theater, following the author. A stylized booth will unfold on stage, and the actors will play all roles - both human and fantastical characters. The central storyline remains the tale of Ivan, who travels from a poor peasant to a king.
