A play based on Pushkin's drama "Boris Godunov," based on recordings of rehearsals by Petr Naumovich Fomenko. Evgeny Tsyganov created a play about love for theater, history, Pushkin, and the master - Petr Fomenko. Petr Naumovich began rehearsing "Boris Godunov" in the winter of 2010-2011, then paused the process, and a year later passed away without realizing his vision. In honor of Fomenko's 90th anniversary, his theater completed the master's initiatives and brought the play to the stage, relying on recordings of those initial rehearsals. Fomenko's comments become full-fledged characters in the production. Pushkin's drama transforms before the audience's eyes in accordance with the remarks of the outstanding director.
