The basis of the production is the Old Testament legend of Job - one of the teaching books containing guidance. The righteous Job is struck by misfortunes from those he trusted unconditionally. He discusses this with three friends, each of whom explains what happened in their own way and offers their own solution. In working on the production, Fokin referred to well-known radical trainings and methods used in the 20th century. Thanks to the naked frankness of the theatrical language, the action transforms into a ritual-mystery and powerfully draws the audience along.
