Can there be anything in common between Shakespeare and post-punk? Perhaps, answer director Ruslan Kudashov and the artists who created the play in the genre of postpunkpuppetshow. Addressing Shakespeare's tragedy, the theater offers not a staging of the play, but a completely new work, although based on what we know from "Hamlet." Utilizing the possibilities of puppet theater, the authors of the play convey the idea that there are works that have long gone beyond what the author wrote and have begun to live their own lives. The basis of the play consists of "hamletons" - small, sometimes anecdotal stories related to the plot of Shakespeare's play and invented by the directors themselves.
