Director Vera Popova and the artists of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre will take the audience back to 2002 to reflect on what the early 2000s, this "era of stability," meant for us and how it affected each person and society as a whole. The main character of the play by Olzhas Zhanaydarov, Alexander, looks back 20 years and ponders whether life could have turned out differently. He recalls 2002, when everyone listened to Eminem, talked on flip phones, and tried sushi for the first time. Sasha graduated from university that year and met a beautiful girl named Lena at his graduation. He met her and fell in love; they talked all night and then parted forever. Two decades later, Alexander is haunted by the question: did he do everything right back then, and can anything be changed now? And what does quantum physics have to do with all of this?
