The play about loneliness is based on the novel by Josephine Lawrence and the screenplay by Vina Delmar "Give Way to Tomorrow." Director Georgy Dolmazyan addresses the theme of loneliness. Youth is left behind, and life seems to go on. But elderly people experience such loneliness that it is hard to believe they are still alive. At the Vakhtangov Theatre, a poignant play on this topic - "The Last Moons" directed by Rimas Tuminas - was performed by stage masters Irina Kupchenko and Vasily Lanovoy.
