The tales "Ryaba the Hen", "Kolobok" and "The Turnip" will come to life in a new interpretation accompanied by Russian folk musical instruments. The creators of the play invite you to imagine how Russian people lived in the past. Where did the well-known tales come from? Perhaps they were composed by peasants during breaks from work to surprise and entertain each other? Who were the famous characters of the tales really, and were there, for example, heroes depicted in the painting? The audience will not only be able to ponder all this together with the artists but also play their unique role in the performance. The play is accompanied by the live sound of the balalaika, gusli, and bayan. You can find more performances on our website in the theater section.
