The writer created about 60 stories inspired by his little son Deniska. According to the author, with the birth of his son, he rediscovered the world of childhood. The main character, Denis Korablyov, is between 6 and 9 years old in different stories. He and his best friend Misha live the ordinary life of Soviet children, which turns out to be filled with the most amazing and incredible events. Rustem Fesak's play is based on several stories, including "The Secret Becomes Known", "From Top to Bottom, Diagonally!", "The Glory of Ivan Kozlovsky" and others.
