A modern political thriller - a play by Valery Fokin based on a play by Kirill Fokin. After the play "Today. 2016" Valery Fokin once again turned to the text of his son, playwright Kirill Fokin. But this time, the stage will unfold not a fantasy, but a political thriller. The creators of the play pose questions about whether humanism is possible in big politics. According to the plot, a certain state in the Middle East acquires nuclear weapons. Now nothing prevents its leader from exterminating the opposition. A humanitarian catastrophe begins in the country, and urgent measures are needed to restore peace. Such an attempt is made by the non-governmental organization "Hope-21," calling for negotiations involving Russia and the USA. The organization is led by an "honest woman" - she is the main character of the play. You can find more plays in St. Petersburg on our website in the theater section.
