This is a continuation of the story of the adventures of seven-year-old Alice, the book was released six years after "Alice in Wonderland." This time, Carroll's heroine accidentally finds herself on the other side of the mirror. The world of the Looking Glass represents a giant chessboard, and Alice herself becomes a white pawn. Each move on the board opens up new spaces, new characters, and new incredible events. Ultimately, Alice passes all eight squares and becomes the Queen.
