The seminar is dedicated to an approach to life through small daily steps and working with anxiety about the future and regrets about the past. Participants will learn how to cope with difficult experiences, break down large tasks into understandable stages, and find support in communicating with others. In everyone's life, there are periods when anxiety about the future or memories of the past hinder progress. The seminar is focused on how to learn to concentrate on the present moment and perceive difficult situations through small, clear steps. At the core of the meeting is the experience of the AA Fellowship and the principle of working with life's difficulties through the idea of "only for today." Speakers will discuss why attempts to solve all problems at once can increase tension and how gradual movement forward helps change the usual perspective on what is happening. Participants will discuss ways to cope with fear of the unknown, expectations, and internal experiences. Special attention will be given to how support from others helps navigate difficult stages and why open conversation becomes an important part of recovery and personal development.
