A meeting for those who want to better understand the mechanisms of growing up and establishing personal boundaries. The process of separation is not just leaving the parental home or financial independence, but a deep emotional detachment that allows a person to become mature. Even if it seems outwardly that life is already one's own, invisible connections may remain inside. At the meeting, participants will learn what completed and incomplete separation is, how it affects relationships with parents, partners, and colleagues. You will analyze examples that help understand why some people easily build their own lives while others continue to reproduce others' expectations. Special attention will be given to tools that help complete the process of separation without conflicts and feelings of guilt. Participants will be able to recognize their personal boundaries, see the dynamics of relationships, and find the first steps towards inner freedom. Registration is required to participate in the seminar. Where to go in St. Petersburg can be found on our website.
