The seminar is dedicated to the art of communication and the search for mutual understanding with those around us. Participants will learn how to make dialogue clearer, better convey their thoughts, and discover ways to maintain calm in difficult situations. Communication accompanies us every day, but conversations do not always lead to mutual understanding. In the meeting, participants will analyze the elements that make up effective dialogue and why even simple phrases can be perceived differently. The main focus will be on skills that help to hear the interlocutor and to be heard oneself. Psychologist Anna Belyaeva will explain how to formulate thoughts so that they are understandable to others, how to express one's position without unnecessary tension, and what helps maintain a respectful tone in conversation. A separate part of the program will be dedicated to conflict situations: participants will learn which reactions hinder constructive communication and how to change habitual behavior patterns.
