The seminar is dedicated to the topic of open conversation, trust, and support in difficult life situations. Participants will learn why acknowledging their own experiences is an important step towards change, how mutual aid works, and where to find support when overcoming addiction. The meeting focuses on the theme of honest conversation with oneself and others, as well as the role of support in the process of overcoming addiction. The foundation of the program will be the experiences of members of the AA fellowship and a discussion of the fifth step of the "12 Steps" program, related to acknowledging one's mistakes and openly sharing what has been experienced. During the seminar, speakers will share personal stories about how difficult it can be to reveal one's secrets and seek help. They will explain why attempts to cope with addiction alone often lead to isolation, while a trusting dialogue helps break down internal barriers and see new paths to recovery.
