The church is preparing an interesting program that will combine music and storytelling. Guests of the concert will hear Christmas stories set to the melodies of famous composers. In anticipation of the magical Christmas Day, the Annenskirche invites you to enjoy live music and learn how this bright holiday came to be. The church's priest, Father Evgeny Raskatov, will introduce guests to the story of the birth of Christ and other biblical events. His narration will be accompanied by classical melodies performed by the Orchestra 1703. The musicians have prepared a program featuring masterpieces from the world's leading composers: Bach, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Brahms, and others. On the walls of the ancient Annenskirche, projections of paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens, and Botticelli will appear. These have been “brought to life” by the masters of the studio “Wind” and artist Daria Kotyukh. For more information, visit the website.
