Ancient Greek myths will turn into material for reading, games, and small scenes. Children will get to know young Aphrodite and the Minotaur, discuss the actions of the heroes, and then perform their own sketches. In the activity, children will learn about myths through a modern comic and a classic literary retelling. First, the kids will read excerpts from the comic "Mythyata." Young Aphrodite is presented here as a curious heroine who makes her first discoveries and learns to notice the beauty around her. Then the group will turn to the myth of the Minotaur as told by Nikolai Kuna. The kids will follow the development of events, talk about the courage, choices, and responsibilities of the heroes, and compare the mood of this story with the comic. The transition from a cheerful plot to a more tense one will show how diverse ancient tales can be. The activity is based on theatrical improvisation and a socio-play approach: children will listen to each other, perform in front of the group, come up with sketches, and act out short scenes. This format develops speech, imagination, attention, and confidence, while the content of the myths is absorbed through action. The program is designed for children aged 6 to 8 years.
