The inner critic is that voice in your head that hinders your progress. The thought that there is a voice inside each of us that does not let us rest is familiar to many. This voice can sound judgmental, demanding, and sometimes even destructive. It is called the inner critic. And while it can push for development, more often it hinders - demotivating, lowering self-esteem, and preventing enjoyment of successes and decision-making. But it is possible and necessary to negotiate with it. Psychological training with elements of art therapy "Inner Critic: Friend or Foe" is a safe space to explore this part of oneself. Under the guidance of crisis psychologist and art therapist Rumiya Evdokimova, participants will get to know their inner critic better, understand its motivations, sources, and influence on everyday life.
