The psychological board game will help understand why important tasks are postponed, while work or study seems meaningless. Sometimes the task is clear, the deadline is approaching, but starting to work just doesn't happen. Behind this state may lie fatigue, fear of mistakes, expectation of others' evaluation, or the feeling that the chosen task is no longer connected to personal goals. The board psychological game offers to calmly and without self-blame examine the inner stop signal. Participants will roll dice, draw cards, and answer questions. The focus will be on work, study, or another important activity that causes resistance. The game format helps to look at a familiar problem from an unexpected angle: to separate real obstacles from anxious assumptions, to notice recurring thoughts, and to understand what exactly drains energy. The game does not promise to instantly solve all difficulties, but it helps to reduce internal pressure, see the situation more clearly, and regain the ability to choose. The meeting will be conducted by Arseniy Mikhailovsky - clinical psychologist and ACT therapist. Pre-registration is required to participate. Entertainment in Moscow is collected on our website.
