About

A walking performance through the locations described in Alexander Pushkin's poem "The Bronze Horseman." Participants will be able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the places that inspired the author to create this great work, whose main hero is the city. The immersion into mystical St. Petersburg will begin at Sennaya Square. During the promenade performance, participants will walk a total of three kilometers, from Kolomna to the Winter Palace. The route passes through Grivtsova Lane (formerly Horse Lane), the Moika Embankment, Voznesensky and Admiralteysky Prospects, Senate Square, and the Neva Embankment. Before the participants, the world of Pushkin's heroes will open up, and the memories of Griboedov will come alive. These are the same streets that they themselves and the heroes of their great works walked. This is an opportunity to see the same urban landscapes that inspired the writers. Participants are provided with headphones (you can use your own, except for Bluetooth), and the host guides the promenade performance. The Petersburg weather may add atmosphere to the walk, but everything is taken into account: in case of rain, participants will be given raincoats. It is necessary to dress according to the weather and, if desired, bring water.
