A series of classes for children aged 3 to 7 turns the introduction to emotions into an exciting game. Kids will learn to recognize feelings, talk about them, and express them through creativity. Together with a psychologist, the little ones will master basic emotions and find a way to befriend them in a safe and kind atmosphere. What to do if a child is angry or sad but cannot explain it? How to help them better understand their feelings and learn to deal with them? At the Children's Center "18 -", children aged 3 to 7 are waiting for an unusual adventure - a journey to the mysterious and important Land of Feelings. This series of classes is designed for little ones to discover the world of emotions and learn to befriend them. Together with experienced psychologist Ekaterina Geraskina, the kids will gradually figure out how feelings work, how to recognize them, how to talk about them - and, most importantly, how to express them through creativity. Each class is dedicated to a specific emotion: anger, sadness, or joy. In practice, this means not just conversations, but actions - sculpting, drawing, knitting. All creative tasks are selected to provide an outlet for emotions and turn them into a bright and safe experience. This helps children become more confident, better understand themselves, and find common ground with others. The format of the meetings combines play, conversation, and workshops. This approach develops not only emotional intelligence but also imagination, motor skills, and communication. Everything takes place in a comfortable and caring environment: children go barefoot, feel free, and nothing hinders them from being themselves. Here’s how the program is structured: - On November 15, children will learn how to cope with anger and embody it in a clay or plasticine figure; - On November 22, the conversation will be about sadness, and knitting with soft yarn will help look at it differently; - On November 29, participants will charge themselves with joy and transfer it onto bright shopping bags painted by their own hands. This is not just a series of classes - it is an important step towards understanding oneself. And also - a warm and caring space where every child safely discovers the world of emotions.
