About

Is your teenager tired, and you don’t know how to motivate them? In this workshop for parents, you will learn how to distinguish burnout from laziness, maintain warm relationships, and help your child not lose interest in the future. A lively conversation with an expert - no templates or accusations, just essence and support. Adolescence is a time of change, self-discovery, and, unfortunately, often apathy. Many parents face the challenge of their child losing interest in studies, wanting nothing, and increasingly saying "I don’t know" to any questions about the future. In such moments, it is especially important not to panic, not to pressure, but to understand what is really happening. This is exactly why the workshop "Burnout at School, Motivation Pits: How to Maintain the Intention to Choose a Profession?" was created. This meeting is for parents who want to understand: where the line is between laziness and burnout, how to help their child regain resources and interest in life, and most importantly - how to stay in dialogue with them. Instead of strict recommendations and abstract theories - a lively, warm conversation with a professional, clear mechanics, and a sincere desire to help. Psychologist and career counselor Aida Shafigina will share her experience working with teenagers and provide parents with concrete tools: how to support without imposing, how to notice signs of burnout, how to gently motivate, and help the child make their first truly important decision - to choose a direction for their future profession. The event takes place in a workshop format, meaning you don’t just listen, but interact, analyze real cases, ask questions, and leave with new knowledge and self-confidence. This is a space where you can get answers, share doubts, and feel that you are not alone on this journey. This meeting is an opportunity to reconstruct parental support, learn to talk to a teenager in a way that they truly hear, and be there in important moments without violating their boundaries. After all, the main goal is not just to avoid conflicts, but to help the child find their own path and inner support.
