A documentary film will tell the story of Miloš Bajić - an artist who survived Mauthausen and became one of the founders of abstractionism in Yugoslavia. The documentary by Darko Bajić addresses the fate of Miloš Bajić - an artist whose life passed through one of the most horrific points of the 20th century. He became a prisoner of the Mauthausen concentration camp, where human life was measured by the ability to work and endure inhuman conditions. But even there, amidst violence and the near-total cancellation of personality, he retained an inner territory connected to imagination, line, form, and future creativity. The film is important as a family and artistic testimony: the director is the artist's son, so the conversation about the past sounds especially personal. It is not a detached chronicle or a dry museum portrait, but an attempt to understand how a person goes through the devastations of the century and retains the ability to create.
