To mark the 95th anniversary of Lyusena Ovchinnikova's birth, a drama about a mother and her growing son will be shown, whose close relationship is tested by first love and a heavy trial. At the center of the film is Klavdiya Ivanovna, who raises her son Kolya alone. A rare closeness is preserved between them for a long time: the mother is used to trusting the boy, and he responds in kind. But growing up changes the familiar order. Kolya has his first love, his own decisions, and a space that his mother can no longer enter as freely as before. Against this backdrop, an unexpected misfortune becomes a test for both and forces them to look at their relationship, responsibility, and the price of inner maturity in a new way. The film is based on the story by Yuri Yakovlev "The Girl from Brest."
