Paris 1928, a wandering circus, an artist who has lost inspiration, and a con artist forced to pose as a medium. Pierre Salvadori's retro-comedy combines romance with discussions of grief, deception, and a return to life. Antoine is coping with the death of his wife and can no longer paint. A chance encounter leads him to Suzanne - a member of the wandering circus, whom he mistakes for someone who can communicate with the dead. The girl decides to support the deception: the client's money seems a convincing reason to take on the role of a medium. But the fabricated connection to the afterlife gradually rekindles the artist's interest in life and changes Suzanne herself. The action takes place in Paris in 1928. Pierre Salvadori blends comedic misunderstandings with themes of loss, loneliness, and creative crisis. The main roles are played by Pio Marmaï and Anaïs Demoustier.
