Saturday 12th December, E1 hosts Âme and Patrice Bäumel's HALO across the venue's two rooms two artists known for extended sets, both given the space to do exactly that. Âme (DJ) Few names carry as much weight in house music right now as Âme. Kristian Beyer co-founded Innervisions, the Berlin label that's shaped two decades of deep, emotionally-charged house and techno, and helped define a sound that's become genre-defining in its own right. At E1, he takes the booth for a full five-hour set, the kind of extended run that lets that world unfold exactly the way it's meant to. Patrice Bäumel presents HALO There's no one running a night quite like Patrice Bäumel right now. After a decade shaping his own strain of melodic, progressive techno with records on Kompakt, Afterlife, Anjunadeep and Crosstown Rebels behind him he stripped things back and built HALO: minimal phones, all-night-long sets, and a floor built purely around connection. At E1, he brings that vision to London, presenting HALO for a set that puts the whole philosophy into practice.
