About

Creating a scene in virtual reality can be done without programming: participants will understand how Varwin works, see the assembly of a virtual space from ready-made blocks, and set up their first interactive object. Virtual reality has long gone beyond gaming fantasies: it is used in education, business, exhibition projects, and creative experiments. However, beginners often feel that it is a closed technology, where everything relies on programming, expensive equipment, and complex instructions. However, working with virtual reality can be done differently: through a visual constructor. The masterclass will start with a brief introduction to Varwin: what this tool is and how it is useful for initial experiments. Then the host Stanislav Nikitenko will show how a complete virtual environment emerges from objects and logical elements. In the demonstration part, participants will be able to follow the entire assembly process: selecting objects from the library, setting their properties, creating behaviors, and checking the results. After that, participants will move on to their own practice - assembling a simple interactive scene, such as a room where the light turns on, objects can be picked up, moved, and linked together through a visual editor. Where to go with children in Moscow can be found on KudaGo.
