A session for schoolchildren aged 12 and older and their parents will take place in a real laboratory, where participants will conduct exciting experiments. What pressure can different materials withstand, what are tunnels built from underground, and why did Sakharov believe that nuclear power plants should be underground? To find answers to these questions, participants of the masterclass will head to the Laboratory of the "ATOM" Museum. Here they will try to increase and decrease pressure on various objects using liquids and gases, as well as learn how to feel pressure at two atmospheres. Before the masterclass begins, guests will gather in the foyer near the "Sphere" object. Gathering starts at 17:40, and at 17:55 everyone will head to the Laboratory.
