A creative collage, working with desires, and support from an experienced mentor - all this will be part of the concluding masterclass from the series "Intellectual Breakfast at Lermontovka". Participants will create a personal board filled with dreams and meanings, and recharge their energy for the future. The morning will begin with inspiration, warmth, and creativity. In the Classics Hall of the M. Yu. Lermontov Library, the final meeting of the "Intellectual Breakfast at Lermontovka" series will take place. On this day, participants will complete the creation of their personal vision board - using collage techniques and under the guidance of psychologist and aromatherapist Anna Sysueva. This masterclass is not just a practical art class. It is a way to listen to oneself, define one's dreams, give them form, and fill them with meaning. In the second session of the series, participants will finalize the board they started earlier, discuss how it works, and learn what else is important to consider for their dreams to come closer. Working with visualization through images, cutouts, and symbols helps to better understand one's inner needs, goals, and values. This is an effective tool not only for self-discovery but also for self-organization. The creative process, occurring in the company of like-minded individuals and in a supportive atmosphere, turns the class into a truly significant event.
