A session at the intersection of a tour and art therapy will allow participants to immerse themselves in the topic of rest as a human right and the experience of freedom through creativity. A unique experience, accessible for blind and visually impaired visitors. Today we perceive rest as a personal choice: when and how to spend it, where and with whom. But in history, this right has not always been taken for granted. In the masterclass "The Art of Being Free. The Right to Rest," participants will be invited not just to talk about this right, but to feel it in the process - through a tour and art therapeutic practice. At the beginning of the meeting, guests will take part in a thematic tour at the Yeltsin Center, where they will learn how the idea of rest has transformed in Russia - from the peasant rhythm of the seasons to the industrial realities of the 20th century. Special attention will be paid to how the right to rest became enshrined in the Constitution, and why today it is an integral part of human freedom.
