On the way up, you can view exhibitions that introduce you to the history of the tower and municipal governance in St. Petersburg. The observation area itself is located at a height of 47 meters and is arranged in a circle. From it, a breathtaking panorama of the city's main artery and surroundings opens up. The salon has been operating continuously since the mid-19th century, and it never closed even during the revolutions and the blockade of Leningrad.
