There is a discount for KUDAGO readers! The teenage period is a time of transformation from child to adult. This period is very important and often challenging for many. The "Transition" project is specifically designed for teenagers. It helps them better understand themselves and their interests, gain motivation, become more confident and responsible, acquire communication skills, and learn to recognize their boundaries. The summer holidays from the "Transition" project are specifically created for teenagers aged 9 to 17 and differ from traditional camps. There are no groups or age divisions; the mentors do not entertain but create an environment for maturation, helping to navigate any difficult moments and conflicts. Teenagers receive a lot of freedom and independence, make their own decisions, choose their leisure activities, participate in team projects, and engage in sports and creativity. There is maximum live communication based on clear rules and human values. Screen time is limited to just an hour and a half a day to avoid distractions from real life. Parents receive daily photos and videos, so they can be at ease and watch with interest how their teenager spends their holidays. At the end of the trip, feedback is provided for each participant. Dmitry Fedorcov, founder of the "Transition" project: "The 'Transition' is about growing up. It usually happens like this: there is a child, and then - bam! - suddenly an adult. Many forget about the intermediate stage, but it is the most important one. Everything a child receives from parents, teachers, and the structured environment is processed into the worldview of an adult during adolescence. That’s why we specifically work with teenagers."
