This is a time when the Holy Year attracts millions of pilgrims, while Giordano Bruno is burned at the Campo de' Fiori. On one side, the oratorio of Emilio Cavaliere sounds, opening the way to the spiritual drama of the new age, while on the other, Caravaggio creates images where light breaks through darkness. Irina Golubeva will talk about the tradition of the Jubilee Year. Georgy Kovalevsky will reveal the significance of Cavaliere's oratorio.
