The lecture is dedicated to the state that many face in the first weeks of January. After the New Year holidays, returning to the usual rhythm is often accompanied by apathy, anxiety, or a sense of inner emptiness. The lecture will discuss why the psyche needs time to transition from the festive mode to the everyday one, and what processes are behind this transition. The format of the meeting is based on a psychoanalytic approach and helps to look at the post-holiday state without devaluation and haste. Participants will analyze the role of New Year euphoria and why its decline can be experienced so painfully, what exactly we lose with the end of the holidays, and how to live through this separation. The lecture is practical in nature: listeners will receive a clear four-step strategy - a set of simple practices that will help restore a sense of support in everyday life.
