About

The conversation will focus on basic psychological needs, their influence on choices, relationships, and self-perception. It often seems that the problem lies in fatigue, a difficult period, or an unfortunate turn of events. However, behind irritation, anxiety, and apathy often lie unmet basic psychological needs. What does the psyche require for a person to feel composed and internally self-reliant? The meeting's host will explore the main theories and highlight the needs that are relevant to everyone to some extent. The discussion will cover acceptance, safety, personal boundaries, and more. Additionally, the lecture will touch on the topic of childhood deficits, their impact on relationships, partner selection, career scenarios, and stress responses. This perspective helps to see that many difficulties do not arise from nowhere but are connected to long-standing internal shortages that can be learned to recognize. The lecture will be led by Veronika Rudenko - a psychotherapist, cognitive-behavioral therapist, and schema therapist at GBUZ PKB No. 4 named after P. B. Gannushkin.
