Teenagers who love stories and social media explore literature as a living media platform in this course. Here, classic texts collide with video blogs and magazines, while school essays transform into reviews, posts, and short formats that are interesting for peers to read. Adolescence occurs somewhere between school essays and an endless stream of recommendations. In class, students learn to see how artistic texts and media speak about the same thing, just in different languages - from thick literary magazines to blogs, public pages, and personal author pages. First, participants analyze why magazines existed that families subscribed to, and how they resembled modern platforms. They discuss what sections could look today like jokes, quote collections, or stories, and why even a short humorous note reflects its time and the moods of readers. This helps to view classics not as a mandatory exam list, but as a living media environment of another era. A separate block is dedicated to personal writing. Students try different formats: mini-stories, poems, opinion columns, reviews of books and films, small interviews. The assignments are structured so that everyone can rely on their experience - discussing their favorite series, game, music group, or blogger while maintaining the requirements for a good text: clarity, logic, and expressiveness. An important part of the course is the discussion of where literature lives today. Teenagers compare print and digital formats, learn how editorial offices are structured, how author columns differ from news notes, and which platforms are suitable for publishing their own texts. Together with the teacher, they compile a trial issue of a literary magazine: inventing sections, distributing roles, and discussing how to make the issue interesting for peers. The course is suitable for high school students who want to feel more confident in the world of texts, learn to read critically and write meaningfully, rather than just "submit" essays.
