The chamber orchestra "Academy of Russian Music" under the direction of Ivan Nikiforchin will perform popular compositions by composers from different eras in ancient palace interiors. Mozart's and Tchaikovsky's serenades, Vivaldi's summer melodies, Handel's oratorio, and Schubert's "Ave Maria" - these works are characterized by different natures and stories of creation. Some trace well-known literary images, while others are surrounded by musical mystifications, but each is recognized as a masterpiece of world classical music. The concert will feature vocalist Tatyana Lansky. The evening's program will cover both purely instrumental masterpieces and famous spiritual and chamber arias.
