On the evening's program are two piano concertos by Frédéric Chopin, created during the period when the composer was shaping his own style and seeking new expressive possibilities for the piano. The combination of the solo part and the symphonic orchestra allows the familiar instrument to be heard in different scales. At the piano will be Vladimir Vishnevsky.
