Young pianists who have already made a name for themselves in international competitions and major concert venues will perform on stage. The program includes compositions by Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Franz Schubert, Maurice Ravel, and Pyotr Tchaikovsky. The evening will bring together several bright representatives of the modern piano school. Ekaterina Lakeeva will perform Chopin's "Revolutionary" Etude and Ave Maria by Franz Schubert and Franz Liszt. Irina Ten will present a suite from the ballet "The Nutcracker" and the "Waltz" by Maurice Ravel. In the second part, Nicole Gorgadze will take the stage with works by Romantic composers. The program will conclude with Daniil Kharitonov - a musician who has performed with leading orchestras in Russia and around the world. His performance will feature Chopin's nocturne, preludes by Sergei Rachmaninoff, the Grand Chromatic Gallop, and Liszt's virtuosic La Campanella. Where to go in Moscow on the weekend will be suggested by KUDAGO.
