The concert of the Andreev Orchestra "Three Anniversaries of Russia" is an evening filled with depth, strength, and cultural significance. On the stage of the State Academic Chapel, the State Academic Russian Orchestra named after V.V. Andreev will perform - one of the main keepers of the traditions of Russian folk instrumental music. Under the direction of conductor Dmitry Khokhlov, the program dedicated to three significant anniversary dates will be presented: the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the 130th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Yesenin, and the 125th anniversary of composer Isaac Dunaevsky. In the first part, the audience will be greeted with a musical-poetic suite from Valery Gavrilin's ballet "The House by the Road," created based on the work of Alexander Tvardovsky. The performance will be accompanied by poetic fragments performed by the Honored Artist of Russia Semyon Sytnik. The concert will conclude with the brilliant music of Isaac Dunaevsky - a concert waltz and overture to the film "The Children of Captain Grant."
