In a cozy chamber atmosphere, compositions by Mozart, Bach, Ysaye, Tchaikovsky, and other composers will be performed by soloists of the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra. In the intimate space of the Losev House, masterpieces of the violin repertoire will be heard - from the Baroque era to the early 20th century. The concert will unite works by Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Ysaye, Tchaikovsky, and other composers whose music has become a symbol of emotional depth and technical virtuosity. Guests of the evening will hear the first movement of Mozart's Violin Concerto in G major, filled with light and harmony, the famous solo sonatas by Bach, where strict polyphony combines with the pure beauty of melody. The program also includes Ysaye's poignant 'Ballade', created in honor of George Enescu, and the tender melody Beau Soir by Claude Debussy, filled with evening tranquility. A special place will be taken by the 'Spanish Dance' by Miroslav Skoryk from the music for the ballet 'The Stone Master' and excerpts from Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto. The program will conclude with Lensky's aria arranged for violin and a piece by Andrei Trostiansky. The concert features soloists from the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra of Russia - Maria Bezniskaya, Kristina Avanesyan, Andrei Trostiansky, Ashot Gasparyan, and Anastasia Dikova. The audience will also be able to visit an exhibition dedicated to Taho-Godi for free.
