The anniversary evening dedicated to composer Alexei Rybnnikov promises to be a true event for all admirers of his multifaceted creativity. The musician, whose melodies are familiar to everyone - from the iconic rock operas "Yunona and Avos", "The Star and Death of Joaquin Murieta" to hits from films, will this time present his symphonic works to the audience. In the first part, the audience will hear rare academic compositions by Rybnnikov: the First Symphony and the symphonic poem "Music of Lycia". These works are a dialogue with the past and an attempt to restore the lost musical heritage of the ancient country, filled with philosophy, deep imagery, and expressive orchestration. In the second part, familiar and beloved compositions from cinema will be performed. They will be played by the Great Symphony Orchestra named after P.I.
