On this evening, the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre Concert Hall will turn into a true musical arena, where four brilliant works inspired by the Spanish theme will be performed. The Mariinsky Theatre Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Alexander Rahbari, along with soloist Maxim Fedotov (violin), will guide the listeners through a vibrant kaleidoscope of emotions and colors. The evening will open with the rhapsody “Spain” by Emmanuel Shabrie - a composition in which France sings Spain, conveying its temperament, its dances, and its sun. The sound of the orchestra sparkles here like fireworks, immersing the audience in a whirlwind of rhythms and contrasts. Next is the masterpiece by Édouard Lalo: “Spanish Symphony” for violin and orchestra.
