The concert program "The North is Our Land" will unite the power of folk song, the brightness of choreography, and the living beauty of northern legends. The ensemble "Asya Kya" will showcase signature numbers and new productions, in which Komi culture is revealed through rhythm, plasticity, and voices. The performance is prepared as part of the 105th anniversary of the Republic of Komi and the cultural project "KomiSummer." The State Song and Dance Ensemble of the Republic of Komi named after Viktor Morozov "Asya Kya" offers a modern stage embodiment of folk motifs through images that reflect the nature, customs, and legends of the region. The concert combines already recognized and premiere performances that rediscover national folklore. The program includes numbers dedicated to the image of the golden-horned deer, the traditions of the Izhma people, and vibrant celebrations. Compositions by local composers and well-known songs will be performed. The vocal parts will be sung by soloists of the Komi Republican Academic Philharmonic Vladislav Terentyev and Sergey Plusnin.
