Guitar, minimalism, light, and video art - all of this comes together in the new concert by Dmitry Illarionov. The program is structured as a single musical canvas without pauses and includes improvisations on themes by Satie, works by contemporary Russian composers, and a live visual score unfolding right on stage. Dmitry Illarionov's concert is a unified artistic statement where sound, light, and movement merge. The "Sati-Visions" program is constructed as a cohesive journey without pauses, applause, or intermissions. Here, the guitar becomes a bridge between eras, genres, and visual images. The compositions of contemporary Russian authors, including Pavel Karmanov, Anton Tanonov, Alexey Aigi, and others, are complemented by Illarionov's improvisations inspired by the music of Erik Satie. These inserts - "Satinades" - connect the works into a single canvas, much like Mussorgsky's "Promenade" unites "Pictures at an Exhibition." The musical line will be accompanied by video art: animation by Ekaterina Lavrentyeva and Alexey Konoplev will unfold on stage, while video artist Alexey Choi creates visual images in real-time, responding to the music. The space comes alive, reacting to every chord, every impulse of the guitar, strings, winds, piano, and percussion. The concert program adapts to each new space and sounds different - whether it’s a planetarium hall or an intimate stage. On this evening at the "Rassvet" House of Culture, the audience will become participants in a multilayered dialogue between sound and image, improvisation and precise score, past and present.
