An immersive musical journey through the legends of the North: from the epic Kalevala to Norwegian and Icelandic melodies. Atmospheric media projections, rare instruments, and original interpretations transform the concert into a sensual immersion in northern culture - ancient, magical, and alive. What if music could transport you to other latitudes - where fog, cold winds, and tales of ancient peoples reign? The immersive concert «Northern Code» is just such a portal. It opens the door to the world of Scandinavian and Celtic myths, Finnish epics, and ancient melodies that come alive in original readings and visual accompaniment. The PinAkkolada Duo project, featuring violinist Alexandra Men’shova and accordionist Ekaterina Vinogradova, offers an unusual musical format - a journey through centuries and countries. On stage, Irish fiddles, echoes of Scottish bagpipes, Karelian-Finnish kanteles, and Norwegian hardingfele resonate. But all this is not a museum reconstruction, but a living, contemporary art with deep folkloric roots. The musicians have assembled a unique program: melodies and motifs from Scotland, Ireland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and Norway - from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. All of them are reinterpreted and presented in a format where the sound of instruments combines with performativity, vocals, and video projections. The visual landscapes enhance the sense of presence and create an atmosphere of true northern enchantment. Guest participants will join the ensemble: soloist of the «Zazerkalye» theater Sergey Vaganov and keyboardist-percussionist Yaroslav Kovalenko.
