The soloists of the Valentina Levko Center for Vocal Arts will perform vocal lyricism of German Romanticism. The concert "My Song Flies with a Prayer..." immerses the audience in the atmosphere of German Romanticism. The program includes works inspired by the poetry of great German authors - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Eduard Mörike, and other classics. A special highlight of the program will be the duet from Engelbert Humperdinck's fairy-tale opera "Hansel and Gretel." This touching Christmas story is filled with magic and childlike sincerity. Songs, romances, and arias will be performed by the laureates of international competitions - Olesya Demakova (soprano), Anna Zakusova (mezzo-soprano), pianists Maria Beluntsova, Robert Marishkin, and Tatiana Sotnikova, who will also be the host of the evening.
