The program will connect academic music from different eras - from Handel, Mozart, and Chopin to compositions by contemporary authors. The first block of the program is dedicated to music from the 17th to the 19th centuries. The Chaconne by Georg Friedrich Handel, the Fantasy in C minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and the Waltz in D-sharp minor by Frédéric Chopin allow us to hear how musical form, intonation, and perception of time changed from era to era. The second part of the concert is dedicated to compositions by contemporary authors. Romances from the vocal cycle based on the poems of Makhtumkuli by Dmitry Makhtumkuli, the piano cycle by A. Lukashov "Blossoming - three pieces for piano", "Paradoxical Dream" for violin and piano by Elena Agababova, the vocal cycle by Lilia Rodionova "To the Stars" based on the poems of Konstantin Balmont, and the Trio for violin, cello, and piano by Semyon Segal will be performed. Vocalists and instrumentalists will perform on stage: Lilia Erokhina, Tatyana Veretennikova, Dmitry Stepanovich, Lilia Rodionova, Alexander Lukashov, Oleg Yanchitsky, Elena Agababova, Natalia Ragulina, Alexander Sokolov, and Margarita Radishkevich.
