The concert in the Tchaikovsky Hall will bring together the leading musicians of the country on one stage: conductor Yuri Bashmet, violinist Vadim Repin, cellist Alexander Ramm, and pianist Ekaterina Mechetina. Together with the State Symphony Orchestra 'New Russia', they will perform an extensive program from Beethoven to Syumak. This evening at the P. I. Tchaikovsky Concert Hall promises to be a true event for all who appreciate live performances of classical music by recognized masters. The State Symphony Orchestra 'New Russia' will perform under the baton of Yuri Bashmet - a conductor whose name has long become a symbol of creative courage and impeccable taste. The program will open with a vocal cycle by contemporary composer Syumak, based on 'Christmas Poems' by Joseph Brodsky. This musical piece for soprano and orchestra delicately conveys the lyricism, irony, and depth of poetry, and will also be an important stroke in the palette of the entire concert. The soloist is Ramilya Minikhanova. The second part of the evening will be dedicated to the works of Beethoven. The famous Fifth Symphony will be performed - one of the most powerful and dramatic works in the history of music, as well as the rarely performed Triple Concerto in C major. In it, solo parts will be performed by three musicians: violinist Vadim Repin, cellist Alexander Ramm, and pianist Ekaterina Mechetina. This piece requires special cohesion between the performers and the orchestra, creating an exciting dialogue between the soloists and the ensemble.
